RETURN POLICY

At Tofino Boutique, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return in accordance with the terms below.

1. RETURN PERIOD

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returns requested outside this period will not be accepted.

2. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • All original tags, labels, stickers and packaging are intact
  • The item is in resalable condition
  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the customer at their expense.
  • Returns must be requested and approved before being sent back.
    Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • Approval of a return request does not guarantee a refund. All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective or incorrect:

  • Earrings and jewelry
  • Underwear, socks, and items that come into direct contact with the skin
  • Personal care or cosmetic products (if applicable)
  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items

4. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Step 1 — Submit a return request

Within 30 days of delivery, email info@Tofino-boutique.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  •  Reason for return

Step 2 — Receive return instructions

Once approved, you will receive the return address and instructions by email.

Step 3 — Ship the return

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • You must use a trackable shipping method
  • Keep proof of shipment until your return is processed

Tofino Boutique is not responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged in transit.

5. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

All return shipping costs, including any duties, taxes, or handling fees, are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrectly supplied.: In such cases, Tofino Boutique will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

6. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@tofino-boutique.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the issue
  • If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

7. REFUNDS

Once your return is received and approved:

  • The purchase price of the returned item(s) will be refunded
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing may take up to 14 business days
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your account
  • Refunds are only issued after the returned items have been received, inspected, and approved.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless required by applicable law.

8. GENERAL NOTES

  • Tofino Boutique reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy
  • This Return Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions
  • Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable Canadian law
  • In some cases, we may offer an alternative resolution such as a partial refund, store credit, or replacement instead of a return.
  • Tofino Boutique operates as an online retailer and works with third-party fulfillment partners. As a result, return shipping may be considered international and costs may be higher than standard domestic returns.
